Meet Carly, The Visionary Redefining Beauty, One Breast at a Time

Carly is a seasoned beauty industry executive with over 18 years of experience building and shaping iconic global brands including La Mer, Lancôme, Estée Lauder, Dior, and MAC. A recipient of the prestigious Cosmetic Executive Women Visionary Award, Carly’s career has been defined by innovation, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to elevating how women experience beauty.

Carly holds an MBA and a Master’s in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing & Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she also served as President of the Alumni Association for three years. She currently shares her industry expertise as an adjunct professor at Fordham Graduate School of Business, teaching Retail Digital Marketing to the next generation of brand leaders.

However, her most powerful idea came not from a boardroom or classroom, but in a moment of deep vulnerability. A breast cancer survivor, Carly conceived the idea for SAVOIR in the shower while awaiting cancer test results. It was there, in the most raw and human moment, that she realized what the beauty industry was missing: a category for the breasts worthy of the same care, intention, and innovation given to the face.

That moment became a mission. Today, Carly is the founder and face of SAVOIR, the brand pioneering the Beauty Breast Category and reframing breast care as an essential part of modern skincare. Her debut product, the SAVOIR Beauty Breast Serum, features a breakthrough, patent-pending formula, developed to beautify, nourish, protect, and restore the delicate skin of the breast area with the same reverence as luxury facial skincare. Designed as a hand crafted crown jewel of the brand, the serum’s packaging was awarded the Gold Medal for Visual Impact, solidifying its place as a true object of desire in the luxury beauty space.  Created for every woman, every skin, every story.

From that idea in the shower to a product on the shelf, Carly is not only shifting industry standards, she’s changing the conversation. And with every bottle sold, a percentage of proceeds is donated to Cancer and Careers, supporting women balancing their cancer journey and career, just as Carly once did herself.
