Founder Story
A true beauty industry veteran, Carly Guerra held executive positions at some of the most iconic brands, including La Mer, Dior, MAC Cosmetics, and Lancome. But after a shocking breast cancer diagnosis, she began questioning the safety of everything in her skincare cabinet. Carly searched for a clean yet effective breast moisturizer, but couldn’t find one that met her standards, one that was nourishing and non-toxic with clinically proven results. So, she pioneered a completely new beauty category with SAVOIR™ and developed a groundbreaking innovation with a patent pending ingredient specifically formulated for the breast area.
Carly’s vision reaches far beyond skincare. As the creator of a female founded and disability led brand, it is her hope that SAVOIR™ launches a new beauty industry category, sparking ideation and creation of products specifically formulated for the breast area.
As a professor at Fordham’s Graduate Business School, Carly regularly advises young women on entrepreneurship. Carly has herself been mentored by the not-for-profit group Cancer and Careers, an organization pivotal to her cancer and entrepreneurial journeys. A percentage of proceeds from SAVOIR Beauty Breast Serum are donated to Cancer and Careers.
