Refund policy

Due to the high demand and the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. 

If a package is returned to SAVOIR due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not available for the delivery or the pickup of the order, SAVOIR is not responsible for return or redelivery shipping fees. All other returned orders may be subject to processing fees.
