Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Agency Eleven LLC (“Sponsor”), located in New York.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform.

 

 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of SAVOIR™, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

 

 

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on February 12 at 12PM EST and ends on February 14 at 11PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

 

 

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Giveaway Period:

  • Follow @savoirbeautyco

  • Like the Giveaway post

  • Tag [one (1)] friends in the comments

Each separate comment with tagged accounts counts as one (1) entry.

Limit 1 entry per person. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

 

 

5. Prizes

A total of seven winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive:
One (2) SAVOIR™ Beauty Breast Serums (ARV: $111 each)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes combined: $222.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days following the end of the Giveaway Period.

Winners will be notified via direct message from @savoirbeautyco.

Each selected winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within that time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.

 

 

7. Shipping

Prizes will be shipped within [7] days of confirmed acceptance.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or damaged shipments.

 

 

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Agency Eleven LLC the right to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

 

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Agency Eleven LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liability, illness, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

 

 

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Agency Eleven LLC Privacy Policy.

 

 

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
